HOLY OUT OF SHAPE BATMAN!!

Yesterday I did my first run, 1/4 mile, then walked another 2. Today it is raining like crazy and I didn't want to not run but don't feel like I am able to run in the rain yet. So in order to keep my momentum up, there is this program on my treadmill that burns 300 calories in 30 minutes and does interval speeds:
2 minute warm up
1 minute each of
4.0 MPH w/ 0 incline
4.5 MPH w/ 0 incline
5 MPH w/ 2 incline
4.5 MPH w/ 0 incline
3.5 MPH w/ 4 incline
The 1 minute interval thing is repeated 5 times. WELL I got through that twice and thought I would pass out :laugh: :laugh: so I did another 20 minutes of 3.5 at 2 incline and called it a day.
MAN AM I OUT OF SHAPE. :sad:
It is supposed to be crappy again tomorrow SO I will do the interval thing again and try for 3 times instead of 2.
I WILL PREVAIL :bigsmile:

its good that you are charting your progress because very soon you will be amazed at how better your body gets in shape with the work you are doing0 -
