    If by "Twinkies" you mean "Brownies", then I raise my hand! Oh, and I lost 2.4 pounds last week.

    Yes with the exception to alcohol.

    I love drinking but I get a headache 1 drink into it so I stopped a few years ago.

    Yes to all except the sugar. I don't add sugar to anything. Not because of lifestyle change, just because I never did.
  • lol - I ruined Twinkies for dh by pointing out that they smell like Play-dough. He agreed, but got mad at me for bringing it to his attention.

    Twinkies? No, because I'm vegan BUT I HAVE OREOS COURSING THROUGH MY BLOOD STREAM

    Except for the foods I choose not to eat for reasons other than diet I eat whatever I want "if it fits your macros"

    Oh my gosh - don't even get me started!

    I eat everything on your list abundantly (except for Twinkies - I'm a good cook, and I'd much rather have my homemade baked goods than packaged ones).

    I'm having pasta for both lunch and dinner today!

    I've been at a healthy weight since September. I lost my weight effortlessly, eating all these 'forbidden' foods - and I'm female and over forty.

    thats where most of my weekend carbs come from.

    hell yea. I eat meat like a fat kid eats cake. properly with a fork and knife, and decent table manners.. or my hands if no ones looking.

    woudlnt it be strange if someone replied yes to cheese, but no to dairy?

    never cared for them... i just didnt eat alot of snack cakes growing up.. at the gas station muchies, i always grabbed spiced meat snacks.. slimjims, jerky, sausages, etc. no hate though.

    I eat all of those except twinkies and that is only because I am not a fan of those. I simply eat a balanced diet and watch my macros. It got me to my goal weight and I am maintaining as an active woman just fine. :smile:

    Hands raised way up, expect twinkies, WHITE carbs, & Straight up sugar - but my diary it open so u ca tell that I drink alcohol, chocolate, pasta and ice cream - losing lbs consistantly

    While I like the alternate direction this thread has taken, I'm going to answer the OP.

    I don't drink much. And I never liked Twinkies, but I eat all kinds of sweets. The other day I had a pink snowball. Yum.

    I am not fat, but I would like to be even less fat. I am getting there pretty easily despite eating what I want. It's just about moderation for me. Like, there are 2 snowballs in a package, and normally I would have eaten them both, but I saved the other for later and found I was just as satisfied.

    I don't like Twinkies - but I do like processed Velveeta cheese singles.

    Cheese? i'll eat it by the block

    Dairy? yep with my oats

    Twinkies? never liked them

    Despite eating all these bad foods, i am still dropping weight and making leaps and bounds in my strength gains.

    i eat all of these things occasionally and i still managed to lose 27 lb.

    Wow, no love for Twinkies. I think the cake part is tasteless and has a weird texture. They are so disappointing.

    Almost all of these, in moderation. I was obese, now I am close to being 'normal' 15 more pounds!
