Best Workout in a LONG time!

Just had the BEST workout I have had in a LONG time! The instructor MIGHT have even convinced me to come to his 6:15 AM class tomorrow morning! For me...that is HUGE! lol! :)

The class was called Adrenaline Rush and was a combo strength and cardio for 45 minutes!

I just wanted to share! (and hopefully by posting this will be encouraged to go tomorrow morning!)
