This is me...

I need advice...

I signed up for a Commit to Be Fit class but it doesn't start until the end of the month.
"With the help of our trainers, find practical, hands-on
information that you can use to make the necessary
changes to get healthy and live a more active lifestyle.
This six-week class includes a ‘Commit To Be Fit’ USB
drive to chart your progress using our Star Trac Cradio
Machines and efitnesssystem.com."

I signed up to walk a 5k in May.

I need some suggestions on what to do while I am there, I am committed to three days a week, anything past that is bonus.

Let me have it :)

    I would start off on the treadmill and then go from there.
  • Start off with doing the exercises that you like. Watch what others are doing and how they are doing it, then you have to kind of push yourself out of your comfort zone and try new machines. The more you try the better all around shape you will get into. I know when I first started going, I hated not knowing or the feeling of not knowing what to do!!

    Thanks for the advice! I am working the 5k program on the treadmill and watching what others are doing until my class starts!
