Stepping on the scale

I weighed this morning and to my surprise lost weight. I didn't want to log it in to MFP since I new my official day is on Saturday morning or Sunday, but I did any way. Now when the weekend comes and I weigh on my correct day and say I lost again, is it safe to say this is accurate?

I only log when my weight is down.
When it goes up, I don't log until it goes down past my lowest point.
Weight flucuates depending on your regularity, what you ate, how much you've drank, the time of the month and whether or not the tide is in or out.0 -
I go by the rule, if the weight on the scale is the same for two days in a row I log the loss.0

I use this rule too:)0 -
I don't touch the weight logger until it's Saturday. I find it's just easier for me to be consistent if I only log my weight one day a week.0

I weigh myself every morning but I only log in when I have reached a lower weight than last logged. I find weighing myself everyday keeps me more accountable. Mind you I have my off days.0

I check daily and if its lower on bathroom scales than previous then I also check on wii fit if i get same on 'quick weigh' I record it.
If they are fluctuating and getting different number everytime i get on and off bathroom scales i do about 5 then check and see what wii says. .or record which number comes up most, then see what happens next day, if i get a certain number for most of the week I take that as my weight, especially if Wii also shows same loss.
I don't record a temporary gain and when water goes on for TOTM I don't weigh again until they end!0 -
I only weigh myself once a week (on Sundays). I even weigh in when its TOM. It keeps me consistent. In your case, you weighed in a few days earlier. You can still record it but make note of what the weight was. I wouldnt weigh in AGAIN on Saturday...wait until next week. Also keep in mind that your weight will fluctuate day to day...I wouldnt want you to get discouraged by a loss today and then weigh in AGAIN on Saturday and the scale says that you gained.0

I weigh in on Mondays but I do get the itch to step on the scale other days of the week. I only record what I see on my official weigh-in day though.0
