Well, on top of doing what I've been doing (HIIT 3x/wk, strength training in between, 30DS), my friend has roped me into a one month boot camp because hey, it's a $179 program going for $39 today only. I'm going to die.

Should I think about upping my calories when boot camp starts next week, or leave it at 1570?

yeah increase by 300-400 cals, a BIG part of that being protein. Shrimp, fish, beef, shakes, chicken etc. You will be putting your body through a lot, you'll need a much higher protein intake to make all the necessary repairs.
  • Thanks! I've recently been upping my protein because I wasn't getting anywhere near what I should. I'll make sure to make it a tad more :)
