Yummy Tummy Hummus Dip with ZERO ADDED FAT

Been experimenting in the kitchen to cut down on calories and fat while increasing veggie intake. Instead of regular hummus, I whip up a good substitute:
1 can garbanzos, drained
Juice of half a lemon
Tablespoon of dijon mustard
Cayenne or other spices/seasoning to taste
Mash with a hand blender until dip consistency and enjoy on sandwiches as a sub for mayo, as dip for veggies, etc.

Did you know that you can replace the tahini with non fat plain yogurt too? And as a garlic fanatic, I always have to add a few cloves of garlic.:bigsmile:0
