    AM all the way. Your less likely to blow off the workout it its your pattern to workout in the morning. Your nice a rested. A workout makes it easier to skip the morning caffeine fix. Plus breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day which is good if you already worked out. Plus you have to shower anyway why not get sweaty first?

    I don't have a choice, I work from 6:30am-3:00pm Monday-Friday... I'm a late afternoon workout person....

    I think I'm just "that girl" because after I exercise I'm more likely to eat bad foods because I think "hey, I worked out today, it's ok!"

    Me too, sort of. I work out to earn wine with dinner. As I head back to the bedroom to do Zumba I often tell my husband "Time to go earn some wine.".
