Hi there, my name is Gesi and this is my first post on this forum, but I'm not new here.
Recently I have started a very strict regimen with combined sessions of strength training and high Intensity cardio. I have separate days for both. 4 days I do the strength training and 2 or 3 days for cardio (never both in the same day)
I am also following a strict diet plan, where I have reduced in maximum fat promoting foods and sweets, and increased protein filled healthy foods, and whole grain foods. My personal goal is to transform my body and live an active healthy life. I have set a limit of calorie intake of no less than 3000 and no more than 3300*, plus from 3 meals a day that I used to take, I now divide it to 5 to 6 meals per day. So far the plan is going great and the reason I use myfitnesspal.com is to keep myself conscious and accountable. An maybe learn some tips from others
