You can add it but create a new exercise for it and type how many calories you burn. Mfp doesn't have anything for the beachbody workouts. I just go by my hrm0

I am also wondering about logging in my time. How do you decide what you have done compared to the database list???0

I typically burn about 10 calories a minute so I log in about 100 calories for a 10 minute workout. I have a Susan Komen HRM watch (no strap) and when I researched the reliability, I found that most watches are about 70% accurate. If my watch is crazy high, I may log in some extra but I've been on the conservative side with eating back my calories and that my be my problem!!0

I log them as Circut Training, except for the Yoga, which has its own category.0
