Needing lots of help :)

Im fairly new here, joined a month ago but only tracked for a week and then... lost sight of what i want (as always). I need as much help and motivation as i can get! I'm very shy, even on the internet, so posting this is a big step. i'm looking for friends to help motivate me everyday to track as well as exercise. I'm currently a SAHM with a 2.5month old and a 25month old. I'm in such a big slump that all i do all day is watch disney movies, snack, play with my 2 year old and maybe walk over to walmart once a week. After giving birth i weighed 152lbs and was thrilled. Since then though, the scale just keeps on going up, up, up. Currently sitting at 169lbs. So sad.
I'm going to stop rambling and hope that i get a few friends to help me both keep myself on track and possibly get me out of my shell a bit.
