Need a few friends to keep track

Starting a weight loss plan next Monday using a walking treadmill workout (no other equipment and I live in a second floor apartment).

Just need some friends to communicate with about simple eating decisions since I'm not going to adhere to a strict diet. I do want to change my eating habits, and they used to be worse, but I'm just looking for some guidance for now.
