Hello everyone, My name is Todd and I'm new here. I've been up and down my entire life with my weight, as I'm sure a lot of us have been. I've had enough and need to do what I can for my kids, and wife which mean everything to me. I still can't believe this site is telling me I need to eat 3000 calories though. That seems like a lot to me. I work out 5 days a week, cardio 3 days and weights 2. To everyone, best to all!
