Change your weight in 15 minutes a day?
I'm DVRing it to watch once the kids aren't screaming and running wild.

    Sorry, I don't watch that show. That guy promotes every single things that comes up just to get ratings.

    Anyway.... yes you can change your body in 15 minutes per day.
    Just lift heavy 15 minutes a day or do 15 minutes of HIIT training and you'll see results.
    Of course, nutrition is VERY important.

    I agree. Adequate Nutrition is more important than the number of calories one eats. Stick to whole, natural foods, move slowly and lift heavy and you will see results.

    It was a good representation of Insanity...I would do that and if you like it buy insanity....expects LOADS more push ups :)
