Hey everyone for the last week I've been having around 1200-1400 cals a day and lost 7 and half pounds in 6 days but I had a bit of a hiccup this week with valentines and all and have been seriously craving more food now I was thinking that maybe upping the calories to 1400 wouid satisfy my appetite more but I'm afraid of not losing weight I have always done well with 1300 cals and mfp only says to allow me 1280 I run 5 miles 5 days a week , do 30ds twice a week and lift weights for 20 minutes 3 times a week. I have 56 pounds to lose by 2nd august ( wedding) but I don't think 1400 cals will get me there I am 5 ft 4 inches also any advice or experience would be fantastic. Xxx

In my opinion it is better to lose slower and not be tempted to binge out then to be starving all of the time.

If you are hungry you may want to increase your calories but try eating more protein as well. I can't see your food diary so I can't tell. For me the days I am the hungriest are the days I have eaten only half of my protein. Today I had 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast and meatloaf at lunch...then a bagel w/ cream cheese. Needless to say I am struggling to eat this banana before I go workout LOL
