Don't shower for 30-45 minutes after you're done exercising (this would be a good time to have a light snack). During that time period, your body may be experiencing the "After Burn," which is an AWESOME thing that happens when your body is still burning calories after you work out, and thus, you're still sweating.

As to why you feel like you are sweating for the rest of the day... are you new (or re-introducing yourself) to working out? Your body may not be used to having an elevated heart rate (maybe your heart rate is higher than it ever has in the past). If you've recently increased your level of working out, it might just take your body time to adjust. If it's still happening in a few weeks or so, maybe talk to your doctor if it's really bad.

I'm the only person I know who will drive to work with the AC full blast in the middle of winter. I get to sweating and it takes hours to stop. I also work in a scent free environment, which means no cologne to mask any unwanted scent! Yikes!
