New...sort of

Hey! So I've been using myfitnesspal for a while now to track my progress and my caloric intake, but I've never included anyone with my weight loss. I've really hit a plateau that last couple months and I realize that maybe having a little bit of support, a little motivation might help me out. I love new work out moves or ideas, playlist ideas, anything new and fun to crank up the heat on a work out! I have about 8 lbs I'd love to ditch forever and then just maintain. I'm short and curvy so even a couple lbs shows so much!!!! Anyone in the same boat or just looking for a little motivation themselves that'd be great :flowerforyou:
