Ok, I went to Walmart one day and saw they had these "Pro-form TX 300" watches that measures heart rate , calories burned, and can tabulate laps , has a stop watch, etc. Ok, I figured out how to set in my weight, the time.. but I can't figure out how and where to read the calories burned. how do you set it? How do you clear it once you've done something? anyone have one of these?
It came with a booklet but i can't figure it out.. I might have to call their 800 number or just buy me a different heart rate watch. I really just wanted to see how many calories I actually burned during exercise. Not so much what my heart rate is at, because I know it climbs and what level I should stay under.
Any suggestions?
