Started Insanity

I did the Fit Test yesterday. Was surprised how I could do some things really well and others things I could barely do. Already had people try and be down on the idea of me doing it, but I am going to go for it. Doing my plyometric cardio circuit workout today, wish me luck. Love to join up with others doing insanity, so friend me. I keep hearing if you can get past being sore you can hang in there. I work out with a PT 2-days a week mainly lifting weights as well, should be a good challenge for me.

    I started month 2 tomorrow! I started with zero fitness and have gained so much. It's all about pushing yourself further than you think you can go and making sure your form is correct! Good luck! Dont let anyone talk you out of it!

    i just started week 2 yesterday!! love it so far! finally feel challenged and it broke my plateau!
