Right now i am under my calories for the day and yesterday it was kind of a struggle to. I guess maybe it is because i am staying away from everything that is bad or something but it seems that i am not hungry i mean i feel full but im not quite hitting that 1200 calorie a day mark. Is this a horrible thing? should i make myself eat more? I know that i can send my body into starvation mode but how can you force yourself to eat if you arent hungry? Very lost right now

im still pretty new, too, but i would recommend a piece of fruit and maybe a small salad in addition to your 3 meals, stretching them out to 3 meals and 2 snacks.

i would recommend you not go below 1200, though.

    good luck!

On days that I struggle to get to my calories I will have a tablespoon of peanut butter, chop an egg on top your salad. Or have a yogurt in the morning.

How about this... Almonds are huge in calories, and so is peanut butter. The kind I get is 190 calories for 2 Tablespoons. You really should get to the 1200 mark. If you have to just eat the PB right off of a spoon. I love PB so much!

it just feels like a am stuffing myself. i mean im not hungry at all. im to the point right now that it feels like i would burst if i had something else to eat right now. I dont want to wreck this before it has really gotten a chance to work. i really want this to work for once.

You really need to make sure to NET 1200 calories (that includes eating back your exercise calories). A rare day of being under won't be the end of the world, but it is not something you want to be doing day in and day out. Add some high(er) calorie (but healthy) items into your meals such as avacado, nuts, or nut butters. Or simply try to eat more here and there.

What kind of peanut butter are you buying?
