Just Getting Started Good!

Hi,
I love this site!
My mother gave me the site domain, I logged in and have kept up with my dialy intake since then. She quit, has gained 5 pounds and I have lost 17!!!! Whoody Hooo!
This daily log has been the easiest thing I have ever done and lost weight. t really keeps you on track with your food intake and calories and the amounts of carbs, proteins etc... BUT, I did not keep up with my actual weight. I was scared and didn't want to get on the scale. I didn't want to be disappointed... Again!
I started this diet on December 15th and have lost about 2 pounds a week. I can't wait to keep better track now that I see the progress. I actually moved the scale into my bathroom today. LOL
I called her a few minutes ago and told her thank you for giving me the info on, myfitnesspal and I told her of my results. She said she could see the difference as I was cutting the grass. (She lives next door and I was cutting the grass on both our yards. For you people that live up north, we already have clover and sticky weed and whatever growing fast and wild!)
Any way she said she wa going to get back in the habit of posting daily on myfitnesspal.
I hope she does. It would be nice to have a little competition to contend with! LOL
