Just Dieting Now - No Exercise (Anyone in my boat?)

When I lost the 20 lbs this last summer/fall I did so with light exercise only. I had gained weight while working out, lifting weights, and eating like crap. So I changed my eating and have lost 23.5 pounds. I'm at a point where I don't care if I lose anymore weight or not. I walk my dog 3-4 miles pretty much every day and I hop on an elliptical 2-4 times a week in addition to that.
So, I'm not in your boat now, but when I was losing the weight I did primarily diet and let the exercise be secondary. I'm still okay with doing that, which is why I just walk my dog and let the rest come when it does.0 -
The human body needs exercise. We used to hunt, build, climb, swim - we are made to be active. This is why everyone is suddenly overweight, because they drive to their office and sit on desk chairs all day.
