    Hi, I understand where your coming from I had my daughter in march (hard to beleive its almost been a year) and im trying to get into better shape than before I had her it is very frustrating when you dont see any results I have weeks like that and sometimes I even seem to go up a few lbs. it does help to have supporters though fell free to add me if you like and good luck on your journy!!!

    If it took 9 months to put on, you should expect it to take 9 months to get rid of. Be patient.
