Binge!

Oh no. I've been doing so well the last 5 weeks or so, and today I totally went on a binge. I'm not sure what exactly set me off, but at this point, I am so far past my calorie limit that I don't even want to chart anything. I've had turkey chili, pizza, chocolate. Ugh! Why or why do I do this to myself??

    I found my trigger on Friday night. It was my idiot husband. He just seems to push that button. I've vowed not to let him again. I felt horrible the next morning.
    Finish charting the day that way if it happens again you will be able to discover what set you off and how to avoid it happening.
    Tomorrow is a new day and a new opportunity.
