Hi...
I have lost about 38 pounds...and I am up to running/walking 5 days a week. I have noticed recently that my skin doesn't feel as tight and that I feel "fatty".....I am looking for some weight lifting tips on how to get rid of the flab and get more toned....
Any suggestions?
