sleepless nights

So I'm not a morning person and work from 8-5 everyday. I just can't force myself to work out in the am so I schedule my excersisesessions in the.evening. this works well with one tiny little issue.....I'm too pumped up to fall asleep or stay asleep at night. Does anyone else have this problem . I totally cut out caffine so that's not it. I still.wake up refrreshed d but its no fun laying in bed at 2 am listening to crickets. Does anyone have ideas, I want to dream again!
