My friend is doing the Shred and Ripped workouts from Gillian Michaels.

Does anyone know if it's harder than P90x or Insanity?

I have tried both and I like them both. Of course I haven't been able to stick to it, but I want to try the Gillian Michaels one.

let me know how it goes!
  • I've done all of them.... Insanity (by FAR) gave me the best results but with it being soo intense it's not a realistic pace to keep up for longer than the 60 days. I recently purchased Jillian Michael's Body Revolution and although I'm only on day #2, I woke up SORE! This was something Insanity never did for! Insanity is GREAT for cardio and muscle definition but you won't lose a lot of weight if that's what you're going for. For weight lose you might want to stick to Jillian and then check out Insanity for definition when you've reached your weight loss goal (or 10lbs from that). 30 day shred isn't harder than Insanity but it works you muscles differently. A lot less time consuming too.

I love Shred!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've lost so much from doing that one and repeating it. Plus it's only 20 min! Can't beat that
