My name is Debbie I have been dieting since Feb 1st , but just found out I am taking in too little calories so i joined here to track just what im eating. Its been 15 days and it is getting harder and harder to stay away from my old habits

  • Im not sure what you mean, I am trying to get back in shape and lose some weight. I really am ready to hit these goals.

    Being able to track your food intake is only one of the benefits from MFP. The more friends you have the more support you will get in helping you stay on track. I found this site very good to have when you do have those bad days. We are all here to help and support each other. Feel free to add me :)
