hi ! i started this program a month ago i am 125 pounds and 5 5".program is great and chalean is great but problem is i haven't lost weight so i feel dishearten so can any body help me.my food intake is good except few hit and miss.

    What are your goals?? 125 at 5'5" sounds to good to be true to me,:laugh: So what are you after?

    I agree.... 125 at that height is a good weight!

    How is your eating? Remember that eating is part of the program too. What are your cal totals for the day? Are you really pushing it during the workouts? I lost 8# from ChaLean and really leaned out my lower body and abs!! I love it! Let me know if you have any questions, I'm a Team Beachbody Coach.
