Looking for like minded individuals!!! I have approx 60+ pounds i would like to lose still, I have already lost 35. I am finally super motivated - working out 5-7 days a week and logging on here daily!!! I am excited i have been going strong for 6.5 wks now and I will not fail this time. Would love to have some friends to motivate and keep me motivated!!!

    Instead of eating 1,000 calories a day and under, I would like to encourage and inspire all of you to start eating at the 1,200 calorie a day level that MFP recommends. Eating only 1,000 calories a day can put your body into starvation mode, which can cause many health complications.
  • I just started my weight loss journey to a weight loss goal of 25 lbs on Tuesday. Would like some friends who can motivate me to this goal since I have seemed to struggle with this. Add me and hopefully we can motivate and support each other through this life-altering transformation.
