Hey guys I'm new to this whole healthy eating thing, i'm quite tall and so haven't needed to watch what I eat that much! yay.. But in the last year I've gone through a lot and this has resulted in me gaining almost 15kg! Anyway long story short- I've been working my butt off, watching what i eat and in the last four weeks have completely cut out alcohol, sugar, dairy and bread but i've only lost TWO measly kilos. people have said i might be putting on muscle? but I still can't seem to fit into pants i was wearing this time last year. What am i doing wrong? I feel like all this effort is for nothing.

Your weight loss is exactly what it should be. This may help give you a better idea of what to expect on this journey (hint: it's not overnight results)

you really dont need to cut out all dairy, sugar and bread... you just need to work on portion control and a balanced diet.0
