Slimpasta - anyone else hooked? FI so share ideas?

Options
In case you haven't seen this product it is called slimpasta (sold in most supermarkets in the health area). There is also a Japanese version I tried which is identical but cheaper found at various asian grocers. Anyway it is absolutely sensational. It tastes just like rice noodles but yields less than 20 calories. That's right 20 calories (rice noodle equiv would be about 200.) Anyway I was wondering if anyone else is into it and if so share some recipes for me? Today I mixed it with vegies and tempeh in a spicy broth and the other day i tried broccoli and tofu and made a laksa. By the way it is a coincidence they were both meat free I am NOT a vegetarian just i have limited cooking resources at lunch time in my workplace.

check it out  http://slimpasta.com.au/

Never heard of it. Havent had pasta in quite awhile but its something I grew up on being part Italian (on my Dads side). Would love to give it a try. Will definitely be on the look out for it. Thanks for the post.

Yeah i haven't:wink: had real pasta in years so it was nice to have something that resembles it! To be honest though it really tastes more like rice based noodles than starchy wheat but still at 20 cal you cant complain

As in the ones that come in a liquid? That stuff stinks!
Try these: they're a zillion times better. Only 55 cal!
