Hi All, i`m wondering if anybody can assist me here...

I`ve lost over 4 1/2 stone over the last 3 years and feel i need some sort of plan now to start getting rid of the excess flab around my stomach. I train with weights twice a week, speed walk 45 mins 5 nights a week and use resistance bands around 2-3 times a week. I`ve dropped over time from approx 35% BF down to approx 15% BF and i need something to get rid of this excess. My top 2 rows of Abs are clearly visible but the fats hiding the bottom 2..

Can anyone advise/assist me on this?
