I went to the gym last night to see my trainer just to go over the new plan she has done for me and she did my blood pressure while I was there. It was a little high but I'd rushed from work to get there. But my resting heart rate has gone down from 80 bpm to 67- I was really pleased becasue I haven't been able to notice any changes in my body and Im not feeling any fitter but this proves it. I have been struggling with motivation over the last couple of weeks so I'm using this to get my going again!
