I buy the honeybaked hambone bean dry mixes from the HoneyBaked ham store. They're only like 79 calories dry. I usually add more beans to the mix for more fiber. You can also buy the little pieces of ham that are small cubes and toss that in.

It makes a big pot and we're able to eat it all week! MMMMMMMMMMMMM!
