Hi some help please, this is the first time I have done calorie counting and yes I am losing weight but I dont seem to be hitting my calories. I have never been a breakfast person and to be fair dont really eat that much lunch, however use to eat a big dinner and tthen a load of snacks. I have now started having a cereal bar for breakfast, soup for lunch and a main meal in the evening.
the only time I tend to hit calorie target is if I drink lol
think I just need some ideas on what to eat.
PS I DONT like fish!!

Hi, try eating nuts (unsalted), yogurts, fruit...also well done for having breakfast and lunch...now see if you can swap the 'heaviness'...ie breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince (ss) and dinner like a pauper...good luck0

You could try eating foods that are healthy, but higher in calories. Cheese and oils (added to salads or to roast vegetables in) are high in calories, but will keep you fuller for longer than just drinking your calories. Nuts are also a good, healthy snack that can help you eat more of your calories.0

Maybe different kinds of smoothies would be a good idea for breakfast? When I'm not hungry I find that they are easier to stomach.
Also, try not to eat so much during the evening, since it might be what's keeping you not hungry in the mornings.
Start slow with eating a bit more for breakfast first and see how it works out!0
