"Sweat Vest" - another gimmick or worth a try?

I just saw an advert for these "Sweat Vests" and of course as a person always striving to lose weight, I was interested to know the science behind it.
It claims that "An average person exercising 3-4 times a week wearing a Sweatz Vest can easily lose an extra 3-4 stones per year"........ :noway:
My opinion is - it is too good to be true - what do you reckon?

If it seems too good to be true...it almost certainly is...(sorry ) I had a friend who tried it and one year on hasn't made a difference...no quikc fixes I'm afraid...just plain good eating combined with exercise...need to be patient also...good luck, it will happen if you persevere.0

Thanks HPB, Did your friend try these exact vests? It's a KGB deal & pretty cheap. I already have Zaggora Hot Pants and an Everlast slimmer belt which I wear to spin class, body pump & whilst cycling long distance and it does ever so slightly help slim the waist and thighs down albeit only temporarily (it's just lost water basically) and the skin feels amazingly soft afterwards...unlikely that permanent results can be achieved using these. So yep, exercise and diet is the only way....anything to help speed up the results ever so slightly is welcome in my world though0
