Ok, so since January I've really been kicking my butt in gear. I've been working out 6 days a week for the last 6 weeks, keeping my net calories around 1300-1400, and still no results. NONE. As of January 9 i was 132 and despite weekly fluctuations i am still at 132. I'm 5'5" and 21 years old and out of ideas. Yes, I'm getting stronger and faster, but my inches are the same and my weight is the same and I'm frustrated.

Here's my work out schedule:

M: run (intervals - 40-50 min)
T: weights & elliptical intervals
W: run (40-50 min constant pace)
Th: weights & elliptical intervals
F: run (intervals - 40-50 min)
Sa: run (40-50 min constant pace)
Su: Rest.

Any advice is appreciated. Increase calories? decrease calories? work out more? less? more cardio? more weights?

    Anyone?
  • Try upping your calories. See what happens. What does your sodium intake look like? Are you drinking lots of water? These are something that might help, but everyone is different. You might to try mixing up your workout routine, do a new activity or something. Good luck!

hi OP, any chance you could make your food diary viewable, can see if there are any suggestions then.

Don't worry, there is always a way, you can succeed in this, it is just finding the correct method.

Hi there! You have an amazing routine! Perhaps you might need to increase your calories. I'd say definitely increase your protein intake, as it looks like you need it with that work out schedule! Otherwise, keep going and it will come!
