no I want to get to normal weight so that is my goal weight for now and then I want to lose another 15lbs so as to not be on the border of overweight ever again!!!0

Maybe, my first goal is to loose 50 lb and then I will decide if that is were I want to be. If not I will set another goal until I am happy with my results.0

I set my goal weight to be about the middle of the healthy range on the BMI scale.

I made my goal weight 10% less than my current weight. I want to take it low and slow this time and make sure it comes off. When I get there, I will readjust my goal.0

Yes. I don't plan to loose a little extra so when I gain I have a cushion. When I get where I want to be, I intend to stay there.0
