I registered to fitness pal only about a month or so ago.. and have been working out and changed my eating a little bit. I have been out of the loop (no exercise and just snaking a lot) for the past two weeks. Today will be my first day back in the gym and I'm trying to get back on track and stay there. Add me if you like...Seeing others progress and success motivates me. plus enjoy eating and work out tips from others...
