That one Book!
Hi everyone,
I was just discussing books with my colleague, and they asked "if I could recommend one book for people to read what would it be?"
It made me think for a while, and I still haven't come to a conclusion, maybe I just haven't read that 'one' book yet that I feel I would encourage other people to read. I have lots of recommendations for books to read, but not one that really stands out.
So I ask you MFPs, what would be that one book you'd recommend people to read?

I got it as a gift from a friend in 9th grade. Love getting books as gifts.0 -
I could NEVER narrow it down to just one, but one I read recently that I loved was "A fraction of the Whole" by STeve Tolz. I have also recently read Ingrid Bethancourt's account of her 6 and a half years in the Colombian Jungle (after she was kidnapped by the FARC).0

If you like Sagas, check out Susan HOwatch. She has written some absolutely CRACKING sagas, but they aren't really published or fashionable right now. Cashelmara, Penmarric and recently I read her series set around the university 'A question of integrity' was one of them. Oh they were absolutely gripping! and very well-written too.0
