Lowering Calories When Sick?

I'm curious if I need to go into my MFP settings and lower my exercise level because I'm sick (so essentially sedentary). I know that they work out your net calories based on how many you can burn if you were to do nothing all day so part of me thinks I'll still be on the track for weight-loss if I stick to my calorie allowance but I'm not sure. Any thoughts?
Will I still lose weight if I stick to the calories they want me to eat?
I wont be putting in any exercise so my net will be the same as most days because I always eat my exercise calories back.

it depends on what uv set ur lifestyle at, if u put it as active it will work ur calories out for that and u prob wont lose weight but if its set as sedentary then u should be ok, dont drop it too much tho cos ur body needs the energy to help u recover0
