I have found that some of the calories burned for some exercises on MFP are not correct, they are to low. I noticed that it said I only burned 69 calories doing Pilates. I went to http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc and it is 177. I also downloaded a calorie burn calculator on my phone and it is at 163. I went with the lower of the two. Just to let you all know!

I've found that compared to my HRM, MFP is often too high. Depends on so many things - your height, weight, max heart rate, and so on - a HRM is the best way to get as accurate as possible.0
