Planning ahead - Chinese food

So, I promised my boyfriend I'd pick up Chinese food on the way home from work Thursday night since we haven't had it since well before Christmas. (Thursday morning is my usual weigh-in, so I figure I'll have a week to deal with extra sodium before officially weighing in again!) I do want to plan ahead, though. I was thinking maybe I would just get an order of crab rangoon. Based on data from a few different sites, they seem to average about 70 calories each.
But what other choices would be healthy? (Or at least healthier than General Tso's - oh, how I miss that! ) I am thinking Chicken or beef and broccoli... Hmm... Maybe just a small egg drop soup with the rangoon.
How do you all handle Chinese food when you treat yourselves?

I love broccoli with garlic sauce and it is pretty low calorie. You could eat a whole order of it for the calories of a couple of crab rangoons. just go easy on the rice.0

Any Chinese food with chicken in it is good calorie wise. That is the great thing about most Chinese restaurants, no matter what you get, it is pretty healthy. I would stay away from crab rangoon though. Even though it is awesome.0

Thanks for the replies. In doing more web searching, I came across this rather frightening caloric anaylsis of typical Chinese fare: http://www.cspinet.org/nah/chinese.html. Yikes!
(I *will* take that dinner into consideration when planning the rest of my meals that day, too.)0 -
Any chicken dish with veggies, as long as it isn't breaded & fried, is a good choice. I have a hard time staying out of the rice & chow mein!:sad:0

Be sure to ask them to go easy on the salt in preparation and hold the msg!!0
