I need more "filler" ideas for low calorie snacks and or additions to meals. I know... veggies veggies veggies. But what to do with them? How do YOU incorporate them into snacks?

I'm a protein fanatic, but need to boost my fullness meter without busting the budget on calories. I'm thinking about that Weight Watchers zero points soup as a boost. Thoughts?
