Does it matter what time I eat supper? I heard to eat before 7 (or maybe it was 6). But does that really work? Not losing weight and wondering if that may be my problem! Thanks!

Nope. The key is staying with in your calorie range for that 24 hrs. doesn't matter what time you eat it.0

Its a myth, i lost 40 pounds by eating dinner at [sometimes] 9 at night, then snacking later on. Its a complete lie, eat whenever u feel like it0
