I started this a while ago when I was first trying to lose weight and promptly forgot about it. A friend has gotten me back into it now. I feel a little stuck with the last 10-15 lbs I want to lose and am looking for motivation!

    Well you've come to the right place. MFP is the place for motivation. My advice is to keep at it and work hard and you will get there in the end.
    There are no quick fixes in loosing weight its hard but the end results with your figure, weight and self esteem are worth every little bit of sweat. Trust me i'm a doctor, no just joking, Trust me I've been there and done it and i still love the gym and watching what I eat, its not a chore I really enjoy it. Take care and keep smiling.
