Hello! So, I went out to eat at a chinese restaurant and had "sauteed brocolli with fried rice" but cannot find how many calories or any nutrition fact about it! anybody have an idea on where I can find out!? I know it was drenched in oil and they use some kind sauce (have no idea what!)

I should have never gone to begin with but it was sooo yummy!

I run in to this problem often here on MFP, that homemade/ethnic food is usually hard to find...especially since we can customize that to be so many different things.

So what I recommend you do is to log each item on your plate separately, if you can't find them all together. Instead of logging "sauteed broccoli with fried rice", try "sauteed broccoli", and then also add "fried rice". You will definitely come up with results for those separately - I eat those things specifically now and then.
