So I went looking for a website with more accurate calculators. I found one that will even get you a list of dates if you ate certain amount of calories per day without exercise. It also did Body Fat % based on several different calculators (Marine, Army, Navy, YMCA) If anyone is hitting a slump or just wants to know the information.

Edit: It even has a hip/waist ration calculator that will tell you your body type and what you are at risk for. I am the dreaded apple body all the more reason to drop weight and take care of myself

That ideal weight calculator says my current weight is ideal. :devil:

It gave a range for me that was between 120 and 145. I can't say I would look right at 120, my leg muscles are/were huge from many years of softball and landscaping. I was 140ish once upon a time, briefly, and I would say that was more the correct body type for me.0
