Not hungry! Should i make myself eat to reach my allowance?

I've been counting calories since November (Christmas excluded) and lost 22lbs (4lb loss before discovering MFP) Problem is I've recently started exercising...half an hour 3 or 4 times per week..and it's making me NOT hungry...I'm not even reaching my 1340 allowance and that's before I add my exercise cals. Should I be forcing myself to eat the required amount or just go with what my body tells me? My plan was to reset my bmr/cal allowance at 28lbs, but I'm wondering if I should do it now? x
Help...this has never happened in my life lol!!

Try drinking a protein shake or making a smoothie. You do need those extra calories to make sure your body is functioning properly, but I know what you mean. I take a medication that makes me have zero appetite so I usually add in a shake or I schedule my food out for the day so I know that at 10 am I eat a snack, regardless if I'm hungry or not. Especially since you're exercising now, your body needs more fuel.0

Congratulations on your weight loss, MFP told me to check on my goals after losing 10 lbs. It might not hurt to check over what your new goals could/should be. I just went with the recommendations from the website.0

There are different types of "hunger". There's "belly" hunger, where you feel hungry in your stomach, and there's "body/brain" hunger, where you're low on physical and/or mental energy, despite not feeling hunger in your stomach. I would suggest really listening to your body in determining if you need to eat. How's your strength/energy levels? How's your mental clarity and alertness and sharpness? Do you feel any amount of general malaise? Being too low in calories can cause this, despite "not feeling hungry", and if you're feeling any of these things, then I would recommend upping your intake despite your belly telling you that its not necessary. Don't just eat anything though, be sure its still a wise choice and has a good amount of protein in it. Its really up to you though and how you're truly feeling and what your body is telling you.0

Thank you guys...I've had a shake and some fruit to up my intake to nearly 1200 for today and I'll see how I go tomorrow...I'm feeling great, buzzing in fact after my run. But i understand the science behind it all so ate a bit more to be on the safe side0
